SHIPPING & RETURNS

1. Made to Order
Every item in The Herd's Gear is printed to order just for you by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Orders are placed and paid for through Shopify's secure checkout.
2. Production & Shipping Times
Most orders are produced in 2–7 business days, then shipped. Delivery time after that depends on the carrier and your location. Orders shipping within the US with a subtotal of $50 or more ship free; the discount is applied automatically at checkout. For other orders, shipping costs, taxes and an estimated delivery window are shown at checkout before you pay. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking link when it ships.
3. Returns & Replacements
Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or for choosing the wrong size or color, so please check the size guide on each product before ordering.
If your item arrives misprinted, defective or damaged, or you receive the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
4. Lost Packages & Address Errors
If tracking shows your package was lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with the carrier and our fulfillment partner to replace it. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout may need to be reordered.
5. Cancellations
Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, email us as soon as possible; we can cancel it for a full refund if it has not yet entered production.
6. Kids' Books
The Opportunity Crew books are sold and shipped by Amazon. Amazon's own shipping and return policies apply to those orders.
