OFFICIAL RULES

1. No purchase necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase, payment, Herd Pass membership or Patreon subscription will not increase your chances of winning. Only points earned in the game's free modes count toward the Contest; points earned in members-only modes do not count. The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Sponsor

The Bull Pit Trivia Weekly Herd Champion contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by Donald B. Johns III, doing business as The Bull You Can't Bear, Satellite Beach, Florida ("Sponsor"). Contact: donald@thebullyoucantbear.com. The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Patreon, Shopify, Apple, Google, YouTube, any exchange, or any broker-dealer, investment adviser or financial institution with which Sponsor is or may be affiliated.

3. A game of skill

The Contest is a game of skill. Winners are determined solely by points earned playing Bull Pit Trivia. Chance plays no part in selecting a winner, and there are no odds of winning.

4. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi) at the time of entry.
• Sponsor and members of Sponsor's immediate family (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) and household are not eligible to win.
• Anyone may play Bull Pit Trivia, but only eligible players may win a prize. If the top finisher is not eligible, the prize goes to the highest-scoring eligible player.

5. Contest period

Each Contest week begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Monday and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time the following Sunday. The first Contest week begins Monday, October 12, 2026. Weekly Contests continue until Sponsor ends or changes the Contest by updating these Official Rules. Sponsor's servers are the official timekeeper for the Contest.

6. How to enter

Play Bull Pit Trivia at thebullyoucantbear.com/trivia (in a web browser or the installed home-screen app) and choose a leaderboard name in the game (Compete, then Leaderboard). Playing with a leaderboard name during a Contest week is your entry for that week. Players without a leaderboard name are not entered. There is no other way to enter, and no entry form or personal information is required.

7. How the winner is determined

• Points are earned by answering trivia questions correctly in the game's free modes, using the scoring rules shown in the game (difficulty, speed and answer streaks). A single round counts for no more than 12,000 points toward the Contest.
• The eligible player who earns the most Contest points during a Contest week is that week's Weekly Herd Champion.
• Ties are broken in favor of the player who reached the tied total first, according to Sponsor's server records.
• Standings are shown in the game under Compete and update about once a minute. Sponsor's records are final.

8. Prize

• One (1) prize is awarded each Contest week: a single-use discount code for 30% off one order at The Herd's Gear, the official online store at thebullyoucantbear.com/merch, plus a shoutout of the winner's leaderboard name on the Unbearably Bullish Podcast.
• The value of the prize depends on the order it is used for and is not fixed. For example, 30% off a $40 order is $12. The code has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, cannot be transferred or sold, may not combine with other offers, and is subject to the store's normal terms, product availability, shipping charges and taxes.
• Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize is unavailable. Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize.
• Sponsor intends to give the shoutout in an episode released within about two weeks after the Contest week ends, but cannot guarantee a specific episode or date.

9. Winner notification and claiming the prize

The winner is shown in the game under Compete after the Contest week ends, and the prize code is displayed only in the winning player's own game. By using the code, the winner confirms they meet the eligibility requirements in Section 4. Sponsor may ask a winner to confirm eligibility by email before or after the prize is used, and may cancel a prize if the winner is found ineligible or does not respond within 7 days. Unclaimed or forfeited prizes may be awarded to the next eligible player or not awarded.

10. Fair play

• One player account per person. Using multiple accounts, sharing an account, automated play (bots, scripts or other tools), exploiting bugs, tampering with the game or its scores, or any other unfair method is prohibited.
• Leaderboard names must not be offensive, misleading, or impersonate another person or brand. Sponsor may change or remove any name.
• Sponsor may adjust scores, disqualify any player, and withhold or revoke any prize if Sponsor believes in good faith that these rules were broken.

11. Publicity

By participating, you agree that Sponsor may display and announce your leaderboard name and score in the game, on the podcast, on Sponsor's website and on social media, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor will not use your real name unless you give permission. Choose a leaderboard name you are comfortable having read aloud.

12. Privacy

Bull Pit Trivia does not require your name, email address or other personal information to play or enter. Your game progress is stored under a random player ID as described in our Privacy Policy. If Sponsor contacts a winner to confirm eligibility, any information provided is used only to administer the Contest.

13. Not investment advice

Bull Pit Trivia and the Contest are for education and entertainment only. Nothing in the game, the Contest or these rules is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or other financial instrument. Prizes have no connection to any investment product or account.

14. General conditions

Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify the Contest, or any Contest week, if fraud, technical failure, a game bug, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control affects its fairness or integrity. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or incomplete scores, network or device problems, or errors in the game. Decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to the Contest.

15. Release and limitation of liability

By participating, you release Sponsor from any claims, losses or damages arising from your participation in the Contest or your receipt or use of a prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

16. Governing law

These Official Rules and the Contest are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida.

17. Winners list

The most recent Weekly Herd Champion is shown in the game. For a list of winners, email donald@thebullyoucantbear.com with the subject "Herd Champion winners" within 60 days after the Contest week you are asking about.
