TRIVIA NIGHT FOR CLASSROOMS & TEAMS

Free, live stock market and money trivia you can run for a class, club, office or event. Everyone plays on their own phone or laptop while you control the pace from one screen.

Host a Trivia NightTry the game

How it works

  1. Open the game on the screen everyone can see, then go to Compete → Live Trivia Night and tap Host Trivia Night.
  2. Put the 6-character show code on screen. Players open TheBullYouCantBear.com/trivia on their phone or laptop, type a nickname and the code, and they're in.
  3. Pick a question set: this week's market headlines, all categories, Chart Reader, Bull or Bear?, or a single topic such as Personal Finance or Economy & the Fed. Then open the lobby.
  4. Run up to 12 questions at your own pace. Everyone answers at the same moment, and the fastest correct answers score up to 1,000 points. Each reveal shows how the room answered plus a short explanation you can talk through.
  5. At the end, show the final standings and tap Copy results or Download results (CSV) for your gradebook or team recap.

What players learn

Every question comes with a plain-English explanation, so the room learns from right and wrong answers alike. Topics include:

  • Personal finance basics: budgeting, credit, compound interest and saving
  • Investment products: stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds, REITs and more
  • Market history: crashes, bubbles, recoveries and the people behind them
  • The economy and the Federal Reserve: inflation, rates and jobs reports
  • Reading real price charts, and this week's market headlines

Good for

  • High school and college personal finance and economics classes
  • Financial Literacy Month (April) events and school clubs
  • Investment clubs and student-run funds
  • Employee financial-wellness programs, lunch-and-learns and team building
  • Community events, conferences and fundraisers

Keep learning after the show

Between sessions, players can take the 5-question Daily Tape, challenge each other on the same questions, and work through Bull Academy courses that end with a certificate of completion (Bull Academy is part of the Herd Pass membership).

Privacy and ages

No accounts, emails or real names are needed to play or to join a show. Players choose a nickname, so for students, ask them to use a first name or a nickname only. Only the host sees the full results, and each show closes automatically after 12 hours. The game is for education and entertainment only and is not investment advice.

The Weekly Herd Champion prize contest is separate, limited to legal U.S. residents 18 and older, and nobody needs to enter it to play in class. See the Official Rules.
